Star Barre is a method based on principals of ballet, yoga and pilates. Muscle groups are targeted through slow sustained movements. Stretching is used to lengthen muscles to avoid building bulk. Exercises are gentle and non-impact with a strong emphasis on posture and spinal health. Star Barre targets areas that people struggle with most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms.
